Job Description for HR Executive for a Manufacturing Unit (Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Contract Employees Relations)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for monitoring & handling overall HR Generalist Operations in a Manufacturing set up

2. Investigate and resolve complex/critical Employee related issues in a timely and effective manner.

3. Coordination with Vendors for Agreements/ Contracts & its renewal.

4. Responsible for facilities management, security management, general administration, process improvements, infrastructure development, annual budgeting, and cost control.

5. Responsible for contract/vendor management, property tax payment, etc. & oversee housekeeping, transport, coordinate company events, compliances, and other such functions

6. Responsible in driving all Employee policies across the organisation.

7. Ensure all legal & statutory compliances are carried out as relevant to Labor/ Employment Laws & regulations as per schedule and timelines defined to ensure zero non-compliance.

8. Maintain records and registers as relevant to Labor/Employment Laws.

09. Responsible for contract labor management/NEEM.

10. Ensuring timely payment of statutory payments like PF, ESI, TDS, Labour Welfare Funds, municipality taxes, professional taxes, etc.

11. Liaison with Government officials.

12. Handle rewards & recognition and drive employee welfare measures.

13. Aid & facilitate payroll management.

14. Preparing monthly MIS reports.

15. Comply, implement, practice, maintain & monitor EHS in all work practices.

16. Over and above, you shall also be responsible for other activities as entrusted upon to you by management.

Job Specifications:

Qualification: MBA

Skills:

- In depth knowledge of handling Employee Payroll, Employee Insurance policies, Statutory process in dealing with both Employees and Govt officials

- Strong written & oral communication skills,

- Very strong in dealing with entire HR Functions in a Manufacturing set up

- Experience: Min 06+ years of experience, preferably from Manufacturing industry

- Well exposure towards SAP software Application
