We are hiring for a leading KPO/ Consulting based at Gurgaon.
Position : HR Consulting ( Person from Big 4 or HR consulting organization)
Experience : 14- 18 years with good experience in HR consulting for Clients.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Involved in HR transformation, Organization Development role, People & Culture Change, Performance Management
- Development and implementation of HR activities/initiatives such as retention, engagement, employee relations, talent development, change management etc within the respective business unit.
- Advise top management of the businesses on HR imperatives & Drive alignment across entities to ensure consistent application of processes, principles and programs
- Develop/drive/participate in a broad range of HR processes, primarily by defining requirements, providing business insights, setting priorities, reviewing solutions, providing planning input and communicating to business leadership
- Identify and drive continuous improvements to the scope, performance and cost-to-serve of each team
