Edu- MBA HR

Location - Mumbai, Pune or Nashik (Hybrid workplace model)

Skillset - Worked as Business Analyst/Data Analyst, worked on building database pipeline, creating dashboard Good exp in SQL, ETL and BI ,Worked on Reporting tool.

Good experience in SQL

Query writing part /SSIS/SSRS

Powebi/ETL

Creating dashboards

Database pipeline

Reporting tool - powerbi /etl/tableau

There is no test

Working on HR data

Role Responsibilities

- Partner with business SMEs and D&T peers to learn the HR data needed to drive Data & Analytics for HR

- Proven ability to lead data requirements and support internal business clients consuming HR data

- Appropriate enforcement and governance of HR security model and classifications

- Translate requirements into technical documents and specifications

- Maintain and enhance our HR GCP project as well as support legacy Oracle HR databases

- Partner with data engineers, analytic engineers, and architects to sustain and build new data pipelines

- Understand, document, and communicate timelines and priorities to business partners

- Ensure our code follows latest coding practices and industry standards

Must - have technical skills and experience

- 10+ years of overall experience with 7+ years of relevant experience in a data or business analyst position

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science/Electronics/ Software Engineering, or equivalent relevant discipline

- Advanced knowledge and strong /recent experience with writing SQL

- Effective verbal and written communication and influencing skills at the tactical level

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Can do, positive attitude and commitment to a team delivery approach

- Broad understanding of Enterprise Data warehousing & Analytics
