Senior HR Business Partner - Technology Product Firm

Hiring for a growing MNC in Pune. Our client is a technology-based product company in Pune with HQ is US.

This role would also involve handling some offshore locations like Singapore, Malasiya etc.

- They are looking to hire a Sr Manager HRBP with 8-14 years of relevant experience.

- Ideal candidate for this role would be someone who had worked into a start up culture or has worked with a company in its starting phase and seen it growing. 

- We need someone who can work with cross teams like TA, HR Ops etc.

- Someone who has ability to set up new things and understand the challenges of the same. 

- If has supported technology teams as an HRBP would be an added advantage.
