Senior HR Business Partner - Sales Domain - PropTech
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to understand their business needs and provide strategic HR support to achieve business objectives.
- Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives including recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs that drive a high-performance culture, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Strategic HR Initiatives: Design and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals, including workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
- Productivity Improvement: Establish and measure productivity norms, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance workforce productivity.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations to ensure efficient processes, compliance with policies and regulations, and continuous improvement.
- Policy Creation: Develop and implement HR policies, including hardship allowances and other employee benefits, to support business needs and employee well-being.
- People Strong Software: Utilize People Strong software to manage HR processes, data analytics, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with key stakeholders including the CFO, Chief Growth Officer, and business heads to drive HR strategies that support business growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in HR business partnering, specifically within sales functions. Candidates with 6-7 years of experience from tier 1 colleges will also be considered.
