This is regarding opening with a Leading Non Banking Financial Company as a Senior HRBP.
Designation : Senior HR Business Partner
Experience :
- PG or MBA with 10+ years of work experience in HR Business partnering with BFSI industry, Should have a substantial stint in the NBFC industry specifically catering to the Retail/ MSME business, Good stakeholder management skills with key stakeholders across levels and across businesses.
Location : Mumbai
Job Role :
- Oversee the retail business arm's hiring strategy.
- Oversee talent management and staff retention plans, including succession planning and promotions, for designated business units.
- Keep track of all allocated business units' current employee pulse and offer business and HR leaders information for developing their people management strategy.
- Oversee the resolution of employee relations disputes and make sure that all relevant legal requirements are met.
- Take the lead on or participate in initiatives for process improvement in a range of HR roles.
- Oversee the early intervention program for new hires, assisting with their transition to the new position.
- Overseeing employee interactions and HR deliverables for the duration of the employee life cycle.
- Giving staff members information and interpretations about HR regulations, processes, and practices.
