Senior HR Business Partner - IT & Digital Practice - Consumer Tech - IIM/XLRI/TISS/MDI/SIBM/SCMHRD

We are looking for a Sr. HRBP looking after the IT & Digital Practice function for a Consumer Tech, based in Bangalore.

Requirements :

- Post Grad in HR/PMIR ( 2 years full time residential ) from XLRI/TISS/MDI/SIBM/SCMHRD with 8-10 years of experience in HR in an IT / Consumer Tech Orgn., of which at least 3-4 years as HRBP handling IT & Digital Services is mandatory.

The Job :

- Strategic HR partner to translate business strategies and objectives

- Lead changes and Digital transformation programmes in alignment with Business Strategies

- Creating high performance culture in alignment with the Business by implementing organisation design solutions.

- Stakeholder Management.

- Managing end to end HR projects

- Organization design
