We are holding an opportunity that for Sr.HRBP (VP level() with a US based IT captive.

Location : Pune, India

Role : Sr. HRBP

- Must have strong exp in core functions of HRBP like Talent Management, Policy and Processes, Strategic Projects, M&A and divesture experience, Organization design projects etc.

- Work closely with Operations Directors for the respective Line of Business.

- Exp in Merger and Acquisitions is a must.

- Must be MBA graduate from a primer school.
