We are looking for an exceptionally able Senior Business Partner (BP) to support our Human Capital team based in Hyderabad.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Serving as the strategic interface with assigned business units for the purpose of Human Capital strategy development.
- Managing services, risks, and relationships with the concerned business units.
- Providing the business units with highly valued and strategic consulting-level support and guidance through key initiatives as well as planning activities for them.
- Proactively serving as a - trusted advisor- and being the primary point of contact to business line executives and managers.
The ideal candidate should be well versed and proficient in most of the Human Capital functional areas, including (but not limited to) benefits, employee relations, talent development, performance management, strategic data-driven projects, descriptive data/statistical analysis, employee engagement, policy analysis and implementation, and recruitment.
- A masters degree in Human Resources with 8-9 years of relevant experience is a must. Multitasking and anticipatory thinking ability would be a pre-requisite.
- Additionally, the candidate should be proactive, driven, independent, flexible, discreet, and comfortable interacting with managers; and should possess a positive work attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
