We are hiring Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a deep tech decision intelligence company that uses satellite imagery-based data.

Job Summary :
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 3 to 5 years of experience, you will play a critical role in driving the HR strategy and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR policy implementation. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Business Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR guidance and support in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Proactively identify HR needs and develop effective solutions to support business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related issues, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Talent Management:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the recruitment and selection of top-quality candidates.
- Support the onboarding process by facilitating orientation programs and providing guidance to new hires.
- Conduct talent assessments, identify skill gaps, and develop and implement development plans to enhance employee performance and promote career growth.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching managers on performance improvement initiatives.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
- Investigate and address employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Analyze trends in employee relations issues and propose proactive measures to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
Organizational Development:
- Identify organizational development needs and partner with business leaders to design and implement effective solutions.
- Support change management initiatives by providing guidance and support during periods of organizational change.
- Analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends and propose strategies for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with the HR team and legal counsel.
- Educate managers and employees on HR policies and provide guidance on proper implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
