- They have over a 1500 employee base in India and are headquartered in Delhi NCR.
- They are expanding their team and are looking for a person to drive business partnership for their entire technical employee base in India - which is backbone of their business
Job Description:
- Reporting to the Head HR , you will manage a team of 4 individuals with your main responsibilities including:
- Coach business leaders on talent engagement and retention initiatives
- Responsible for performance management interventions
- Oversee Employee relations and grievance handling
- Coach delivery leads in talent review and succession planning for critical roles for their teams
- Leverage interventions effectively for individual/team needs
- Drive performance management discussions with key leaders along with the high potential programme for the same.
- Help drive HR initiatives across the business
The Successful Candidate:
- You must be a MBA with at least 9 years of experience as a HR generalist.
- Strong exposure to business partnering in a technology based employee population is a must.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to correlate business with the HR function will be critical to your selection
