About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our growing food e-commerce company. This role will oversee all Centers of Excellence (CoEs), including L&D, Rewards & Recognition, and Employee Engagement. You will act as a strategic advisor, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead CoEs, driving talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Oversee workforce planning, performance management, and change initiatives.
- Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- 7 to 13 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven experience leading HR teams and CoEs, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG.
- Bachelor's in HR/Business; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
