Key responsibilities;
- Provides HR support to the business managers in India and support Middle East team.
- Supports with Operational Workforce Planning to build a strong and sustainable human capital to support the strategy and further growth of the organization
- Supports business managers to identify, calibrate, develop and deploy talents across the BUs in India and Middle East. Identify, evaluate and manage talent risks
- Ensures HR services are delivered by working closely with Strategic HRBPs in the BUs, HR CoEs, GBS People Services on the implementation of an effective HR strategy and programs
- Plays an active role in recruitment processes, in close cooperation with the central recruitment team, to make sure the right talent is deployed in India/ Middle East
- Should be proficient in preparing reports for Business and HR.
- Masters degree in HR from Top B-School with 6+ years of experience in BPHR India & Middle East or exposure to any other international location
