Job Description: Sr. HRBP
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution).
- Leading the quarterly goal setting and performance evaluation exercise in the company
- Assess learning needs across different teams and create development plans to address them
- Provide guidance and input on org structuring, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Retaining high-performing employees, developing their skills, and continuously motivating them to improve their performance.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Design and execute initiatives to communicate and inculcate vision and values across the organization.
