- We are one of the top-rated AI companies in India built credit scores, and alternate data products using multiple data sources, and operate as "SAAS" for 50+ clients across the banking and tech industry.

- We are technology first, customer first and build products that help us give asymmetric scale.

- We launched embedded credit in 2020 under the brand name Prefr where we deeply embed our solution within a large online distribution platform at the time of the transaction for consumers via Personal Loan/Consumer Loan

- We have embedded our solution with over 30 partners.

- Our current annualized disbursals as of FY 2023 stand at ~$200mn

Overview :

- We are seeking a results-driven candidates who can help us align the people strategy with business strategy.


- They will work closely with the senior management to execute HR strategy that supports growth, performance, and future objectives.


- The candidate should streamline HR functions, HR metrics, enhance workforce retention, build engagement, and ensure necessary compliance requirements.


- The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent interpersonal skills.

What you will be doing?

- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business in building a high-performance culture.

- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.

- Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of a company on HR issues.

- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals towards building a people first organization.

- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.

- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.

- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.

- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

- Enhance lifecycle experience of every employee onboarded.

- Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).

- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to the leadership team.

- Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.

- Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.

- From your experience, you should have:

- 10+ years of experience resolving complex relations issues.

- Post graduate degree in Human resources

- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and system

- People oriented and results driven.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Superior problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership qualities.

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

- Strategic thinker.
