We are looking for HRBP having experience in a Startup environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Partner with business leaders to understand and address HR needs and challenges
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters
- Act as a consultant and strategic partner to business units on all HR-related issues
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement or intervention
- Advise on best practices for talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement
- Lead performance management processes and initiatives
- Compensation benchmarking
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and tools
- Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to improve performance levels
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Identify training needs and collaborate with learning and development teams to design relevant programs
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage employee relations and act as a mediator in conflict resolution
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and objective manner
- Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture through effective communication and conflict management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations
