- Ensure participation and adherence of business to the performance management process
- Assist business with intervention mechanisms to improve performance
- Review PMS data and salary revision inputs
- Review and process promotion related data, and recommend appropriately
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
- Discuss, create and execute engagement activities for business, in consultation with business Manager
- Responsible for driving the rewards and recognition programmes
- Drive, monitor & report CSR initiatives of the organization for the businesses / location
- Perform review of talent with Business head
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to develop IDPs and follow through
- Assist business with recommendations, data & reports new & growth business
