Sourcing Lead Roles and responsibilities
- Work with the frontend team in converting a JD to key searchable skills
- Create sourcing plan and prioritize focus for the week with the frontend team
- Allocate work to team and monitor progress
- Ensure demands are closed within expected TAT & SLA
- Ensure optimal Sourcer Utilization
- Manage Sourcing mix effectively
- Provide MI proactively & educate the frontend / business on market availability
- Work closely with the talent attract team in devising specific niche skill attraction strategy (Hackathons / Linkedin Sponsored Groups/ Google add-words etc)
- Keep the team abreast with latest search techniques and market trends
- Help team comply to process and generate required data (MIS) for decision making
Person Specification:
Minimum of 5 years in recruitment with atleast 2 years experience in leading teams.
- Excellent team leading skills
- Operational command on recruitment
- Experience in working in Niche Skills with high volumes
- Market knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
