Designation: Sr. Head- Worldskills

Job Location:- Delhi

Experience: 15+yrs experience with MBA

Key Responsibility:-

Strategy and operational plan

- Create policy,framework,processes to cascade skill competitions across country with a network of stakeholders - Government, Industry, Acadeia, & SSCs.

Capacity Building : Creation of WorldSkills standards training centers across the country and a cadre of master trainers trained by global WS experts.

- Raise India's ranking in the WorldSkills Medals tally.

- Develop avenues and raise funds to make the entire endeavor sustainable over time Make skill competitions a platform to disseminate global norms for standards based training and assessment.

- Build SSC certification and employment as an integral part of competitions at all levels International cooperation through projects and MOUs with different countries

KPI:

- State Regional and National competitions

- Ranking & number of medalsin WS

- Funds raised

- No. of industry & academic partners.

- No. of training centers set up
