This role will involve running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiative, running experiments across the funnel.
Job Description:
- Own all the digital acquisition channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, programmatic & affiliates
- Define and execute campaigns on digital channels
- Own CAC and ensure its below-defined thresholds
- Set-up the entire marketing analytics engine that will power digital marketing decisions
- Conduct deep customer research/ tests to check the credibility and validity of new marketing ideas
- Goes without saying that understand the product, the business, and most importantly the consumer
Candidate Profile :
1. 5 plus years of exp in a B2C business
2. Good understanding of business and the user persona with prior exp in engaging through multiple channels with focus on revenue growth
3. Drive user engagement through the product
4. Set up A/B tests
5. Creative growth strategies
6. Well versant with channels of engagement and prior experience in using the same
7. Drive the content strategy
8. Analytical and good with numbers
9. Prepare reports with meaningful insights
10. Seek feedback from the customer
