About the client: A prominent and rapidly expanding Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) consumer brand.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager - Growth, you will develop and implement strategies to drive growth for the company's direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels. Your role involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets. You will oversee growth initiatives, ensure effective execution, and drive continuous improvement to maximize business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Create & deliver ambitious growth plans for the food brand's D2C platforms and take on the D2C business delivery.
- Driving performance on all performance-marketing channels such as Facebook, Google etc, as well as organic, direct and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic.
- Oversee operation of own websites, app(s), content platform(s) and any other digital D2C initiatives.
- Deliver customer delight through on-site and off-site interventions.
- Own site optimisation and A/B testing to deliver conversion growth.
- Drive product content and user-generated content optimisation.
- Responsible for customer retention marketing activities and merchandising strategy for scaling up revenue.
- Plan and deliver on retention targets within time and budget with focus on key channels such as Email, SMS & Push Notifications.
- Work closely with the brand teams, supply chain teams and other stakeholders in the value chain on all aspects related to growth, sales, content and creatives.
- Create a supportive and collaborative environment in which team members are coached, trained and provided with opportunities through development.
- Hire & build a highly passionate and self-driven team internally to sustainably and profitably grow the D2C business for the brands.
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA from a reputed college, with minimum 6 years experience in e-commerce/D2C roles with P&L responsibility.
- Proven ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations.
- Passionate for numbers and scaling figures.
- Top notch problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking ability.
- Great at managing relationships, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
