Sr Group Manager Transformational Quality ( Agile Coach)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 12 - 15 years

Mandatory Qualifications:

- 12 to 15 years of Total experience and about 2-3 years of experience of being an Agile coach

Certifications - Agile Coach, Scrum Master, PSM1, Scaled Agile, Kanban (Must have at least 2 to 3 certificates )

- Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban (Certified PSM1, PSK1, CSM SAFe, Agile coach)

- Strong understanding of Agile in the Digital world

- Must understand DevOps and have experience in the same

- It's an Individual Contributors' role, this role is to help the internal team to adopt the agile methodology. To inculcate agile culture within the organization and encourage the team to embrace agile culture shift.

Bachelors/ B Tech degree

Desired Experience and Skills : 

- Bachelor- s/ B Tech degree with 12 to 15 years of related experience

- Excellent Communication skills; Strong Presentation, coaching & mentoring skills

- Design Thinking, Lean Management - Should be able to mentor and lead transformation

- Certifications - Agile Coach, Scrum Master, PSM1, Scaled Agile, Kanban

- Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban(Certified PSM1,PSK1, CSM SAFe,Agile coach)

- Strong understanding of Agile and why Agile in Digital world
