Senior Group Manager - OTC/O2C Operations - BFSI/BPO/Retail/Telecom

Functional Experience : Order to Cash (Collections, Cash Applications)

Education / Qualification : Post graduation qualification

- Monitor and ensure meeting of SLA targets / turnarounds.

- Subject Matter Expert on the Order to Cash (Collections, Cash Applications)

- Working with international locations

- Managing the reporting both for Internal purposes & Dashboard reporting

- Ensuring team delivers quality and drive process excellence (Continuous improvements)

- Maintain process profitability

- Manage the Team and Attrition Targets

- Adherence to defined Quality Standards across the processes

- Managing the Team activities (training/one-on-one/skips/ internal targets, manage monthly incentives)
