Senior GM/AD - Real Estate Finance

We have a vacant position for for the role of Senior GM or AD with one of our clients.

Position Name : Senior GM or AD

Location : Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities :

- A CA or MBA with minimum 5-9 years of experience.

- Person with understanding of real estate and financing aspects of the business will be preferred.

- Experience in banking, NBFC, IPCs and IB bankers will be preferred.

- The role involves raising capital ( for debt and equity) for real estate developers/project.

- The role would involve sell side representation.

- Will responsible for end to end process: - origination, pitching and execution of the transaction.
