Senior General Manager - SRA Projects - Real Estate

- The candidate should be graduate/postgraduate in any stream preferably MBA/ LLB

- The incumbent must have all round SRA project experience.

- The candidate should have 12 to 15 years of experience in Real Estate sector with at least 5 years in a senior position on a SRA project.

- Age group between 35-45 years, from central Suburb only.

- The incumbent must be well versed with SRA rules & regulations.

- Male Candidate required.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible and accountable for the overall operation and management of large SRA project.

- Responsible for Annexure II, eligibility appeals of slum dwellers, lottery of rehab, evacuation of slum dwellers including 33/38 process, maintaining relationship with society etc.

- Preparation of business plans, MIS etc.

- Liaisioning with BMC, SRA etc for project requirement and approvals.

- Coordinate with various outsourced agencies, internal departments of the organization, various stake holders like society, police, slum dwellers, politicians etc.

Functional:

- SRA Management

- Liaison between Management & outsourced agencies

- Ability to negotiate with Govt officials and authorities
