Senior General Manager - Plant Operations - API - Pharma

Candidate should have API Pharma Plant Operations experience.

Qualification : B.E Mechanical Engg

Experience required : 25 years

Languages Known : English, Hindi, Marathi

Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior):

- Should be able to manage regulatory audits USFDA, QSM WHO

- Should be well conversant with all Quality Control documentation

- Should possess Techno commercial skills

- Should be able to manage P&L related aspects of the manufacturing plant

Detailed Work Profile:

- To ensure production targets are achieved, maximum yield and quality of products, provide for adequate resources.

- To monitor day-to-day activities of the unit, proper utilization of manpower.

- To ensure health and safety aspects are maintained at highest level.

- To maintain all production related records, and non-statutory documentation w.r.t ISO 9001-2000,cGMP.

- To ensure that General Housekeeping is maintained to highest standards in the unit
