Qualification: LLB from a recognized university/law school

A leading digital infrastructure company is looking for a Senior General Manager - Legal to join its dynamic team. This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the AVP - Legal, and will play a key role in driving compliance, risk mitigation, and legal strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day corporate legal functions across group companies.

- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, service agreements, and business contracts with clients, partners, and vendors.

- Handle legal documentation for HR, business, and commercial litigations.

- Ensure contract terms align with internal policies and statutory compliance.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Tech, Procurement & Operations teams.

- Maintain compliance trackers and regulatory policy frameworks.

- Work on strategic growth initiatives, including M&A and international expansion.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of legal frameworks in corporate, M&A, and regulatory matters.

- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.

- Ability to work hands-on and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience in the IT, infrastructure, or telecom sectors.

- Demonstrated expertise in handling transactions and M&A.

- End-to-end corporate legal domain exposure.
