Senior General Manager - IT Business Partner - Finance Vertical - FMCG

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Responsible for ensuring the technical ambition of the function, showcasing the various options/models available, agreeing with the roadmap, delivery of business change for the function

Working experience in IT / Finance function; Leading the partnering with an ability to prioritize projects, discuss and agree with senior stakeholders and deliver business value. Worked in Transformation projects. SAP HANA

1. Delivery of Business Change and Value

- Deploy & manage the relevant IT applications

- Manage Business Application development, testing, deployment, roll-out & support to end-users across the organization with the employees and consultants under him/her.

- Bridges the gap between technology and business need, by displaying business partnering traits

- Inspire confidence among the Business Users, and towards being a very dependable member of their team

2. Team Leadership

- Lead the team of employees and consultants diligently towards effective project & service delivery to the business.

- Execute projects, management vendors with rigor and discipline

3. Driving Efficiency

- Manage IT budgets and spends - Continuous focus on improving cost of delivery/service
