The Senior General Manager / General Manager - Government Affairs & Projects is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive government project strategies to advance the company's business objectives. This position will lead and manage all aspects of government relations, including policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and project management related to government interactions. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic and results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the project landscape and a proven track record of success in navigating complex regulatory environments.

- Understand government customers' requirements and promote offerings through a consultative approach.

- Engage in government policies, liaise with Govt bodies (PSU), and manage government affairs.

- Support advisory initiatives and position offerings in government projects.

- Build and maintain relationships with government customers and track upcoming projects.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 10+ years in relevant industries.

- Age: Ideally 40-42 years.

- Skills: Strong industry knowledge, relationship management, and strategic thinking.

- Leadership Potential: Currently an individual contributor, with scope to lead a team in the future.

- Reporting To: Vice President - Government Affairs & Projects / MD.
