Qualification - LLB - Experience Prior experience in Energy/related sector would be preferred. - Specialisation Litigation, Strategy, Commercial, Contracts and Agreements, Land Acquisition - Providing strategic inputs to the Management on Contracts and documents, In depth knowledge of the Regulatory Acts and Indirect Taxation and its application to Business. - Ability to handle proceedings under Environmental Laws viz. Pollution laws, Coastal Regulation Zone Regulations, etc before Tribunal, National Environmental Appellate Authority & Courts as well as other concerned regulatory bodies. - Set up procedures to ensure proper Drafting and Convincing of Legal Deeds and Documents ranging from Supply agreement, Erection & Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance, Hypothecation, EPC, contracts & agreements, MOU, Collaboration agreement, Joint Venture, Work contracts etc - Opinion regarding Banking-Loan financing documentation. Established contacts in all respective regulatory and govt. departments - Due Diligence of Acquisitions, Biddings, Purchase and Valuations
