Job Title: Senior Manager - Financial Reporting & Compliance Delhi.
Qualification: Chartered accountant.
- The Senior Manager of Financial Reporting & Compliance is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing internal controls.
- This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather necessary financial data, preparing accurate financial statements, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
Job Responsibility:.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and other applicable laws.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting.
- Support in developing and enforcing financial policies and procedures to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
- Support preparation of the financial forecast, annual budget and ensure accurate and timely information is provided to the stakeholders.
- Prepare variance analysis on a monthly basis and highlight key issues and unusual items and provide recommendation to remediate.
- Prepare and review all statutory and regulatory filling related to NBFC and RBI compliances.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in regulations and standards, assessing their impact on the company and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors to ensure compliance and resolve any issues.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to financial reporting and compliance.
- Leverage technology to streamline and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and compliance processes.
Key Skills:.
- Good understanding of the financial sector and regulations.
- Experience in the financial services sector / Retail industry (banks or NBFCs) would be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial reporting software and tools.
- Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and make decisions.
- Excellent Excel and computer skills.
Target Industry: BFSI/ Banks / NBFC.
Mandatory:.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, and compliance.
Experience: 4 to 5 Years.
Job Location: Okhla, Delhi.
Working Days: 5 days.
