Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

o You will report directly to the CEO and will support the manufacturing operations. This role will have a direct impact on the financial performance and the reporting function for the plant. You will provide guidance and support for future cost savings initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis.

- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.

- Prepare cost projections.

- Analyse and report on current financial status.

- Conduct thorough research of historical financial data.

- Explore investment options and present risk and opportunities.

- Coordinate with the CEO and the executive team on long-term financial planning.

- Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement.

- Participate in budgeting (for departments and projects).

- Review accounting transactions for data accuracy.

- Establish financial policies.

- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Engineer & MBA (Finance) with 5+ Years of Experience in a Similar Role in a Manufacturing Industry.

2. Familiarity with finance databases.

3. Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts.

4. Financial planning and reporting skills that generate business insights and add measurable value.

5. Knowledge of current trends in finance and functional best-practices.

6. Proficient at financial terminologies, financial forecasting, and budgeting.

7. Good at workload prioritization, efficiency improvements, and resource management.

8. Proven project management skills and ability to implement change in a global matrix organization.

9. Exceptional Excel (advanced user) and PowerPoint Skills.

10. Experience working with VBA, Macros, PowerPivot, and Dashboarding tools as a plus.

11. Excellent analytical skills.
