Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Provide insights and support in Financial Planning & Operations in formulating strategy and in setting strategy-driven targets and objectives for the Group
- Support and lead in preparing annual budgets in line with business goals and strategic directions.
- Co-ordination with various department for uniformity and accuracy of data.
- Revenue forecast for the Group.
- Expense budget for the Group.
- Capital Expenditure budget.
- Cash Flow and Fund Analysis.
- Sensitivity analysis and rounds of meetings with stakeholders.
- Develop and continuously improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.
Management Information system (MIS)
- Support and lead in preparing MIS on timely basis on various business parameters to all stake holders.
- Improving the reporting and adding value to the business.
- Focus on numbers, variance analysis and management reports for different stake holders.
- Preparation of Budget v Actual, Investor/Banks Data, Query Resolution to investors/banks.
Special Projects/Initiatives :
- Develop financial models, dashboard/reports and analyse them to support strategic initiatives
- Support management team and the Heads of Departments with data-driven analysis
Desired Skills and Experience:
- MIS, Costing, Financial Planning, Financial Operations, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Variance Analysis.
- Advanced expertise with MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage cross functional teams.
- Flexible and adaptable to Business needs and contingencies.
- Capital Management
- Debt Fund raising (fund based and non-fund based debt) for the Company
- Approaching banks, negotiating term-sheets, finalising loan documents, security creation, ensuring disbursements etc.
- Managing lender relationships post disbursement (incl. ensuring compliance with various provisions of loan agreements)
- Managing TRA account
- Periodic treasury operations and bank operations
- Corporate Profile management
- Working with the credit rating agencies for securing and updating credit rating (incl. annual reviews)
- Preparing the company for next level of growth/ IPO by constant focus on system improvement
- Business Development
- Financial modelling
- Term-sheet preparation/ negotiations,
- Leading in due diligence
- Leading in Tender Bids
- Leading in Commercial Negotiations with Corporate Clients
- Budgeting and reporting

- Must have experience of interacting with banks for cash management
