Overview:

The senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions of the organization.

They are responsible for providing valuable insights and contributing to the company's financial strategies and decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.

Prepare and analyze financial reports and communicate insights to the management team.

Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance.

Support budgeting and strategic planning processes.

Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business performance.

Participate in the development of financial processes and procedures.

Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather financial data and support decision-making.

Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial and operational performance.

Assist in the improvement of financial systems and processes.

Participate in financial audits.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Assist with financial presentations and communications.

Participate in financial and operational planning.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or related role.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to interpret and present complex financial data effectively.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.

Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of financial reporting standards and best practices.

Experience with financial systems and software.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Professional certification such as CFA or CPA (preferred).
