Job Summary:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team at ISOMATRIX MANAGEMENT PVT LTD, a Business Solutions and Advisory firm.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analysis and interpretation of financial statement,

- Understanding of the ratios, filling the bank CMA data and analysis of bank standard ratios,

- Presenting the proposal to the appropriate committee authority, driving the process of sanction and disbursements

- Exposure expected to handle disbursement ticket size of 25 cr to 250 cr project finance proposals.

- Ticket size 50 cr to 500 cr debt fund raising through financial institutions, understanding the deal and structuring the proposal, performing financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, preparation of CMA data, preparation of information memorandum, presentation to the bank officials and driving the proposal to disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Credit Appraisal of project finance proposals - Term loans /CC /OD - BG /LC for setting up of new plants, takeover scenarios, enhancement, acquisition proposals and others.

2. Appraisal for Factoring proposals - International and domestic

3. Financial statement analysis, performing ratio analysis, interpretation of ratios

4. Understanding of Business and Revenue model's

5. Preparation of project report, CMA data preparations submission and validation of bank forms.

6. Interpretation of Techno and Economic Viability Analysis

7. Completion of bank formats (Term loans, CCs, ODs, BG, LCs)

8. Coordination with Bank Credit Teams

9. Coordination with Promoters and its finance and accounts teams

10. Driving the process of Sanctioning and Disbursement.

Requirements:

1. Age group: 28-35 years.

2. Qualification: CA

3. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Financial Analytics

4. Skills: Excellent Financial acumen, deep understanding of all financial terms/ratios/metrices and their inferences
