Senior Financial Analyst - Business Partnering - Accounting Firm

Hiring for a top MNC : Role - FP&A ( Sr Analyst )

- Looking for Pune location ( 5-7 days in a month candidate need to come to office as hybrid work mode is goin on )

- Experience in P&L, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis, Business Partnering is must ( candidates from reporting side not required )

Experience - 5 to 12 years

- No third party candidates required

- Required candidates who are working for companies internal FP&A would work, should not be working for any clients

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications):

- Master's degree in accounting or finance. CA/ICWAI/CPA/MBA Finance from reputed universities.

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance and/or accounting related fields, Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in MNC's Captive Finance Shared Services Organizations/Global Centers.

- Prior experience in Working with Pharma companies preferred.

- Six Sigma or Lean training preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of Working knowledge of the Functional cost management (headcount cost planning, Expertise in handling G&A functions like Legal, HR, IT, Marketing & selling costs ) budgeting/forecasting & variance analysis at global or business unit/ regional level is mandatory.

- Business Partnering Experience in leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making.
