Position : Finance

Reporting to : CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Qualification : CA

All round experience in the area of Finance and Accounting in global context with solid knowledge and understanding of application of technology to various business processes

Core finance :

- Accounts payables, Accounts receivables, GL, Taxation, Risk management, Treasury and cash management

- Overall responsibility of various management reporting- s

M&A activities :

- Review of financials, valuation and due diligence of the target

- Negotiating commercial terms and best structuring (equity/ preference/ loan)

- Preparing business plan and discussion with prospective investors

- Corporate structuring

- Dealing taxation queries and ensuring best tax benefit route for investment

- Sound understanding of various rules & regulations impacting listed companies in India/ Outside India ( SEBI, Stock exchange, RBI, SEC, SOX compliance etc). Exposure to listing outside India is added advantage like drafting prospectus, conversion of financials, liaising with lawyers, bankers etc.
