They are looking for a seasoned Finance professional to come in as a Director of Finance / CFO. - The firm has grown into a multi-million-dollar company over the last one and a half decades through funding their growth organically. As they look to expand globally, and develop our existing businesses into world leaders, we are seeking a dynamic finance professional to drive the company's financial standing and processes on two fronts - strategizing growth and getting the company ready for a short term strategic fundraise and/or an IPO in the medium term to long term. - The role will involve developing a financial strategy, working closely with the founder and C-suite executives to develop a strategic financial blueprint that is aligned with the company's short-, medium-, and long-term goals and objectives. The candidate will eventually be expected to handle the company's overall financial functions as well as oversee Finance and Accounting Team. - The key responsibilities that the candidate will have to handle will be spread across three key finance areas - capital raise and investor relations (short and long term), budgeting and forecasting (short, medium, and long term), financial management and control (medium and long term) - Ideally a CA / MBA Finance, with over 10 years of experience with hands on experience on Capital Raising is a must.
