Senior Finance Modeling Role - Business Development Team

Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling & Analysis:

- Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess the financial viability of potential business ventures, partnerships, and acquisitions.

- Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow for various business scenarios.

- Conduct sensitivity analysis and stress testing to assess the impact of market fluctuations and other risk factors on financial projections.

- Analyze financial data from various sources to build accurate and well-supported financial models.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial modeling.

Business Development Support:

- Partner with the Business Development team to understand their specific needs and tailor financial models accordingly.

- Communicate complex financial data and modeling results to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Identify and research relevant industry data and financial benchmarks to support financial modeling assumptions.

- Assist with the preparation of persuasive presentations and proposals for potential partners and investors.

Market Research & Due Diligence:

- Conduct market research to gather relevant financial data and industry trends for business development initiatives.

- Participate in due diligence processes for potential investments and partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of [5-7 years] of experience in financial modeling, preferably within a Business Development or Investment Banking setting (adjust experience based on your company's needs).

- Proven track record of developing and utilizing complex financial models to support business decision-making.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, corporate finance concepts, and valuation methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
