Senior Finance Manager - EdTech Startup

As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be expected to engage in financial analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance. The other responsibilities will be as follows:

- Monthly Management Report (MIS) including Cash Flow, Annual budget process and periodic analysis of financial performance.

- Hands-on experience on preparing financial models, business projections and valuations.

- Identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.

- Working on new projects covering various financial aspects

- Handle banking relationships and finding improvement opportunities

- Oversee the External /Internal Audit, review and analyze results

- Ensure the compliance/documentation requirement for all laws like Companies Act, Income Tax Act, Service Tax, Sales Tax, FEMA etc.

- Oversee the continuous improvement of Accounting and Financial Processes on new updates

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA/ MBA from Premier Institute having Experience in education sector is preferred.

- Around 5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar position

- Have a flare for numbers, work well with people

- Strong experience in MIS, Financial Modeling, Taxation, Statutory Compliances

- Attitude to get things done on your own.

- Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.

- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 10,00,000 to 13,00,000
