Senior Finance Manager - CA/ICWA - Construction Sector

Position: Sr. Manager Finance

Location: Uganda, East Africa

The organziation is one of India's largest diversified MNC in East Africa with an asset base of more than $ 1 billion. The group has investments in Uganda, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, the Middle East, India and North America. They are India's largest Diaspora led setup in the geography.

The role is with their Construction unit heading the Finance and Accounts functions. The unit is one of the leading players in the 'East Africa Construction sector, best placed to grow alongwith the booming Construction sector.

The role reports in to the Directors and will be responsible for:

- Heading the Finance and Accounts Division for the unit.

- Managing Day to Day operations

- Preparing Monthly Management Information Reports, Management Accounts, P&L, Cash Flow

- Responsible for Budgeting exercise and Tax Planning.

- Liaising with Internal and External Auditors to ensure Internal Control.

The candidate must be a Qualified CA / ICWA with atleast 10 years of experience in a similar industry. He must be familiar with ISO procedures, SAP B1 package, computerized accounts, and international Accounting procedures.
