Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage annual operating plans, financial forecasts, and budgets.

- Conduct variance analysis to monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

- Accounting & Compliance: Oversee monthly book closures, ensuring accurate preparation of financial statements and schedules.

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and enhancement.

- Collaborate with technology teams to implement solutions that improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.

- Risk Management: Develop and maintain risk control matrices (RCM) across processes.

- Drive Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) reviews in collaboration with internal and external audit teams.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to drive key performance indicator (KPI) improvements.

- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.

- Experience: 6 to 9 years in finance roles, with a preference for candidates who have worked at leading fintech companies such as Paytm, PhonePe, KPMG, BharatPe, Spice Money, Razorpay, PolicyBazaar, Cred, Zepto, Zomato, Blinkit, MamaEarth, Groww, Zerodha, or Pine Labs.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is desirable.

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
