We have an urgent Opening for Leading French MNC Company Senior Finance Executive for Alwar (Rajasthan) Location

Requirements:

- Should possess degree of Company Secretary (CS)

- The Senior Finance Executive participates in establishing the policies of the Company. Putting in place the systems, procedures and accounting tools of the company and providing the required accounting and management data.

- Records all accounting operations of the subsidiary:

respects the accounting procedures in force

analyses all accounts including the customers and suppliers accounts

issues the different declarations linked to the fiscal legislation

issues and follows the TDS, VAT, Excise, Mandi, Service Tax & other declarations in the country

- Establishes and manages the balance sheet and the P&L of the company.

- Organizes the filing and the conservation of accounting documents of the company

- Draws attention to all situations which seem him abnormal and inform him concerning potential difficulties in the accounting working of the company.

- Is in charge of administrative handling of export-import cases

- Coordinates and obtains an audit two times a year, makes yearly fiscal reporting

- Is in contact with banks, handling of credit stocks, makes bank transfers through bank terminal

- Is in contact with changes in tax and firm laws, as well as accountancy rules

- Is in charge of the statutory representation before Tax Authority, Company Law Authority, and other regulatory compliances.

- Elaborates the results and presents the final synthesis according to the Group instructions
