Job Description : Opportunity to head the Controllership for a Top NBFC in the Indian market

Client Details:

Description:

- Financial Oversight: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and reporting requirements, including those set by the RBI and other regulatory bodies.

- Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies that align with business objectives.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's assets.

- Cost Management: Oversee cost control measures and analyze operational costs to improve profitability.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions as required.

- Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.

Profile:

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.

- Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, with significant experience in the NBFC sector.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting frameworks.

- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
