Job Description - You will be reporting to the head of finance and will be required to perform the following functions:

- You will play a key role as a member of the finance team to provide financial analytical support to dynamic and rapidly growing operations.

- Responsibilities include operating expense analysis, key metrics reporting, implementing new processes, and communicating key business cost drivers

- You will also serve as a key bridge between India's Finance organization and the US Finance organization.

- Work with cross-functional teams of business managers, and facilitate co-work with operations, software development, and finance. support the cost allocation process (Variable, fixed, capital & consumable) for both planning and actual results.

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with at least 8 years of experience as a Financial analyst from the e-commerce business with exposure .Candidates with an MNC background are preferred, additionally you have exceptional analytical and communication skills and enjoy working in a fast paced, ethical environment.
