Key Accountabilities:Category Strategy & Management:- Utilize market research (customer, competitor and market trend) to create the global category strategy
- Identify consumer and customer health benefit need gaps to drive innovation pipeline in collaboration with CFT
- Assess the market performance of the products in the categories and continuously evaluate product portfolio health; identify new/ redundant products and modifications required in existing products
- Lead market mapping to identify potential new markets and identify market potential of product pipeline in conjunction with Sales & Customer Marketing Teams
- Determine the category value proposition and positioning to maximize visibility and differentiation within portfolio and vs competition
Sales and Customer Management:- Create category strategy and campaigns to strengthen relationships with key accounts
- Analyze sales trends for existing customers to identify opportunities to deepen relationships
- Assist Sales in new customer acquisitions via directed marketing campaigns, website, trade shows, etc.
- Customer outreach and engagement initiatives to drive customer retention and loyalty
Marketing & Branding:- Create and execute key messaging and communication objectives
- Design programs and initiatives to drive demand and customer loyalty
- Design of communication collaterals, advertising & promotion campaigns
