This opportunity is ideal for a retired executive who brings deep insights into sales, marketing, and operations in the edible oil sector. - The project aims to leverage the candidate's industry expertise to guide the client in enhancing their sales, marketing strategies, and operational efficiencies. The consultant will play a key advisory role, supporting the client in making strategic decisions that will drive the success of this major transformation initiative. Key responsibilities : - Providing strategic recommendations to improve sales, marketing, and operational functions within the edible oil industry - Advising on market penetration strategies, product positioning, and brand management within the edible oil space - Offering insights to optimize production processes and supply chain management for enhanced operational efficiencies - Collaborating closely with the client's leadership team, providing periodic consultations both on-site at the client's facilities and at the consulting firm's offices - Ensuring that the client's transformation objectives are aligned with industry best practices and are effectively executed across the organization Your background : - Former C-suite executive with extensive experience in the edible oil industry - Proven track record with major edible oil companies such as Adani or Emami, particularly in sales, marketing, and operations - Strong operational knowledge, including production optimization and supply chain management - Ability to advise and guide on strategic initiatives at a senior leadership level This opportunity will be on a 12-month contract with the client and the role can be executed in a hybrid setup on part-time basis.
