- Basic understanding of other direct tax concepts and other allied laws.

- Good communication skills - oral as well as written - knowing business English is very important.

- Understanding the clients business and the issues involved.

- Personal ownership for own work and performance

- Ability to understand the issues and discuss the same with senior colleagues in a proper way

- To keep updated with case laws and assist senior colleagues in application of the ratio of the judgments in the assignments handled
