Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, strategies is preferred.   Responsibilities:  - Complete Recruitment Life Cycle Management.  - Understand the hiring requirement from the hiring manager.   - Review resumes for mandatory skills and experiences corresponding to job requirements.  - Presenting the best candidates to hiring manager with summary of skills in accordance with the position requirements.  - Scheduling the interview  - Extending the offer  - Salary negotiation  - Conceive and manage referral programmes/walk in drives and optimize other sourcing channels and improve efficiency with our existing recruitment partners.  - Ability to Drive Results in ambiguous, high pressured & dynamic environments  - Drive strategic sourcing strategies through recruitment agencies for our different business needs.  - Review resumes for mandatory skills and experiences corresponding to job requirements   - Manage internal referral process end to end.  - Vendor co-ordination and follow up on open positions to ensure timely closure.  - Conduct HR round for entry level and Mid-level positions.  Skills/Knowledge/Capabilities:  - Good communication skills.  - Sensitive to issues of confidentially.
