Senior Executive - Taxation - CA - FMCG

Sr.executive-Taxation-This person will be based at Gurgaon & handling the direct & indirect taxes

Experience: 4-5 yrs (only from FMCG, consumer durable experience)

Qualification: CA

Remuneration: 10-12 Lakhs (Depend On Current CTC)

Reporting To : A M -Audit

Roles & Responsibilities

- Experience managing tax audits, tax assessments, and tax litigation.

- Effectively manage the tax audits and submission of annual income tax return

- Tax Compliance of Direct tax - TDS, Form 16, Income tax

- Indirect tax compliance - VAT, Service tax, Sales Tax

- Check on compliance

- Direct Tax Compliances

- Corporate Direct Tax Matters such as Calculation of Advance Tax, Filing TDS Returns

- Co-coordinating with Tax Consultants

- Transfer pricing

- Indirect Tax Compliance

- Coordination with IGAAP Accounting team

- Experience managing tax audits, tax assessments and tax litigation
